Tonight we like red hot Atlanta (Reynolds -170) against Chicago (Estes). We generally do not like taking games at this kind of price, but there is not a lot of value on the schedule tonight, and the Braves are about as hot as they get. Reynolds is 2-1 with a 3.26 Era over his last three, including 6 shutout innings over these Cubs in a win his last time out. Atlanta is 12-5 in Reynolds' 17 starts, and they showed that they can overcome any deficit by scoring 8 straight after falling behind the Mets 8-3 yesterday. Shawn Estes has been a whipping boy most of the season, now 6-8 with a 5.74 Era in 19 starts. He is 0-2 with a large 7.36 Era over his last three starts and the Braves touched him for 6 earned runs in 5 1/3 innings, in a loss last week.
