So glad that we're finally in football season. The first week of college football and the last week of NFL preseason.

We have a game from both.

Now while the early bird special is over now, we still have some fantastic monthly deals for those that are interested in getting on board.

On to tonight:

NFL
Detroit -3 over Buffalo---Detroit needs this game, funny as it sounds being preseason, but it's true. Small price for a home team that needs the win.

NCAA
Buffalo -6 over Temple---this is a game that features two sub par teams...however Temple couldn't beat a high school team right now. They are in some serious disarray with a whole new coaching staff, a new quarterback, and very few returning starters. This one smells like a blow out.

Kinda hard not to be on the Buffs as you mentioned. Detroit needs a start somewhere- why not now. I like Minny to surprise this year- and Baltimore. Seems like most of the teams that are favored have horrific schedules except for maybe Seattle ( they just seem to have a great defense and great running- just no history ). I like Buffalo tonite too, Rook. The biggest thing I'm looking at is that it is very rare for them to even win a game....... so as obvious as it might sound, how big would it be for the team/coaches to start off 1-0, and instill some sort of positive attitude for the season.

I really like the Buff game...I went back 5 years and noticed they were never installed as a favorite over that time now 6 points.
Just stayed away though withTurner Gill and a whole new staff. Temple also coming out with a new coach and staff. I just think there were better choices. Hate asking BAD teams to do good things...
