Cincinnati (53-48) at Houston (48-53)
Well for the first game of this series cincy got a great pitching perfomance out of harang who outpitched the hall of famer roger clemens posting a shutout and a 2-0 reds win. 2nd game of this series last night cincy jumped out to a 5-1 lead before giving up the lead and game. Cincy has outplayed houston in this series and i think they have another great chance to win tonight. Going for the reds is pitcher Elizardo Ramirez he is just 3-6 with a 4.43 era but Ramirez has produced quality outings in nine of his 15 starts, so most likley your going to get a pretty decent perfomance. Also Ramirez In two starts against Houston this season, Ramirez has yet to win but has posted decent numbers. He allowed three earned runs over six innings in a 3-2 home loss on April 30. On June 4 in Houston, he allowed two earned runs and three hits over six innings but did not figure in the decision - a 6-4 Reds win in 11 innings. On the other side houston has Taylor Buchholz who is 6-8 with a 5.57 era he hasnt been fairing to well and his last start he allowed 7 runs 6 of them earned to the mets over 5 innings. So with all this said i will TAKE CINCY REDS AT EVEN MONEY!
St. Louis (58-42) at Chicago (39-61)
Well the Cardinals come into wrigley field tonight to face off with the cubs. St louis pitching has been pretty good latley. On the Redbirds' current roadtrip, their starting pitchers are 5-1 with a 2.01 ERA. Weaver is coming off a great start over the dodgers. Weaver has had success over Cubs in his lifetime he is 2-0 with a 1.76 era agianst the cubbies!! opposing weaver will be rich hill who is 0-4 with a 9.31 era enough said! Cardinals are far better team and they have been doin it latley with pitching so i will be make 2 plays for this game..
