If you miss a week you will receive a (0-3) record and -6 points for the week. If you miss 2 in a row you will be eliminated. I just don't want to keep score for someone who isn't playing. If you're late and missed the 1st game just make picks with numbers near the other 2.
During March Madness the points will double to 6, 4, and 2 points. Final Four Saturday will also be worth 6, 4, and 2 points with the Final game on Monday Night worth 10 points. The tiebreaker will be overall record first and total points in that Title game 2nd.
