Nascar 21 Pool

Wayne...what's the count right now? We got a good number of participants?

I'm not sure buddy! We always welcome more but my Nascar pools are usually made up of 90% locals and a few BC people mixed in. This year we seem to have a few more members here giving it a try.

With locals you never know until i get the emails the day of the race but last year we had about 30 and i expect 30-50 again this year!

I wish i could get more people here to play like the MLB Team Ball pool where we had 100 entrants!

kb no shit, as much as you love Nascar i really expected you to do better last year. I was really surprised. I hope you get off to a better start this year because that is key and it beats chasing! :christmas

Yep I agree, I was telling Dime earlier how I had Waltrip in the 500 last year and he blows a motor 50 laps into the deal and I'm screwed. Survivor was a lot harder than I expected and in 21 I just couldn't ever find the right mix

but i figure going in this blindly just might be a good idea, i mean i try to breakdown games and look at stats all day when capping games and i still cant win...lol maybe if i try not to over-analyize these races i just might be better off. will see. looking forward to daytona already

EVERYONE likes to take dale jr or waltrip for the Daytona 500. I like going in other directions!


P.S.

Keep an eye on bill elliott for daytona. I have a friend that works on cars and has been down in daytona for the last month. He said elliott is racing this race and he has been lightning fast (2nd) in practices. It might be a time to use him in survivor 'cause he won't be in many races!

Alot of people over analyze a race and it hurts them. I gave simple info that takes 5 minutes to look at and it really needs to be done to compete in these pools!

yep thats what i'm gonna do. which pool is harder? i thought the survivor pool would be easier cause its just 1 driver per week. that neckcar 21 seems like you gotta be a neckcar geek.

1. question. if i dont turn in my picks for the week can i have my selections defaulted to the previous week if i state this now???? I plan on turning my picks in durning the week but you all know i'm never on here on the weekends so i know wont do it then. that is the one worry i have. thanks obviously this cannot apply for neckcar survivor

In N21 your picks from the previous race are carried over if you make no changes.

Survivor is 100 times harder than 21. Alot of people have similiar teams in 21 and the points are much lower. In survivor a couple of bad picks can kill your season!
