Utah vs. Wyoming question

I can't figure out why this line is so low. Wyoming sucks but they are only +3 to a good Utah team. Utah is on a roll. It isn't like Utah will be unfocused for this game. They need it to stay one game behind Air Force. Both teams have a player questionable. Utah Cheney foot, and Wyoming Correa Ankle. Wyoming also had a player quit the team on 2/8. And the points are so low:confused: :confused: :confused:
