NO Capping Contest, NO Survivor and NO CFB Fantasy League this year.

We are taking a break from a few this season. With MLB going in to November and Nascar too, it's just too much and we could use the break from those.

I will be doing Fantasy Football, 3 For All and the CBS Pick'em and that is it buddy!

I will be doing a FREE NFL Survivor here with a prize too!

several things here.
1. i would like to be in all 3 fantasy leagues again this year
2. i would like to be in the pick em and 3 for all
3. I realize this is a lot of organization, time, and commitment for you to do all this. However, with the handicapping contest, i do not think there is too much involved with in from my personal observation. I would like you to reconsider having this contest if you could. (I am not trying to start anytime of argument or "sh--" here.

Nick, I simply need a break from some of these. I almost didn't bother with any pools or leagues at all and I was gonna just take the season off. The ones I cut are the ones that are the biggest pain in the ass. The survivor is an absolute nightmare every year for 100 reasons and the capping contest is a major pain in the ass as well. Even though it seems to run itself, I have had issues every year collecting for it from some people and on a weekly basis I used to have people emailing their picks because of missed deadlines and begging for help or saying they have computer problems and such. I know it looks self serving but it really wasn't. It was a pain in the ass that many who just turn in picks on a weekly basis never saw. I need a season away from it and it is much needed.

These pools are a 12 month grind and even though I love doing them, a break is needed from a few!

I will add this. If monte or spark want to take it on and run it they can. I wouldn't feel comfortable though with anybody else doing it. You collect and pay out $2,500 to $3,000 and no offense to any member old and new but they could easily up and walk with that money and never be seen or heard from again. It isn't something I want to chance with all the members here

Most also do not have paypal and they want a physical address and even a phone number at times. I'm not sure joe and monte want to get in to that. You piss one person off by not turning in their picks for them when they miss the deadline or something and they are threatening to post your personal info all over the net. You do paypal entries only and you only get 10-15 people playing then you are waiting and chasing the rest of the money. If either of them want to do it, ill help them set it up. If not, we will be taking the season off and I wouldn't blame them one bit. If they didn't want to deal with it.

Wayne I would love to join the 3rd league. If possible, can I send you a check? Having paypal issues at the moment and unfortunately cannot use that. If you could email me your address I will send out payment tomorrow for that league.

Thanks for all the work you do! I will miss the survivor but completely understand the work that is needed to be put in and how taking a break is definitely earned at this point!

Hey Wayne - thanks for keeping some of these leagues, especially the 3 For All. I know it is a colossal pain in the ass, but you are a great commish - hopefully we can get a solid core of guys that are low maintenance and can pay on time!

I am in for Leagues 1 and 3, plus I will do 3 For All and the Pick 'Em contest.
