I'm assuming the only exception is if a Saturday game moves beyond -150. Does the player have to opportunity to post his final plays on Sunday if one of his Saturday games becomes a no-play?

If a Saturday game moves beyond -150 you must make it up Sunday. If you fail to make it up on Sunday then you receive an 0-1 -1unit for that play.
