All your biggest decisions will be made before the season starts. You will have 9 Teams, one from each inning (group) below. There will be No Trades or Changes once the season starts. Standings sheets will be out every other week and all you have to do is watch the path your teams travel. The groups below are about as equal in strength and talent as i could get them, so make the right choices to gain the top spot in the standings. All games through the World Series count. If your teams do not make the playoffs then you could lose ground, if others get swept you may gain on them. This is my 6th year with this pool and the last 5 years went right down to the wire! If you think it looks easy, give it a try!

Scoring

Team Win = +5 pts.
Runs Scored = +1 pt.
Runs Against = -1 pt.
Home Runs = +1 pt.

Bonus Pts.

World Series Winner = +25 pts.


After the World Series the points will be added and a Champion will be crowned! Payouts will be decided when the total number of players is determined. Draft your team and turn it in before the season starts on Sunday April 5th

Alright guys, after ALOT of thought with this, which "Inning" do you think is the toughest?

this looks fun...this may be a stupid question but is this head to head against another player and that's how you get the team win or is it the actual win from the mlb club (there being 9 that we are choosing)

It is not head 2 head. Everyone gets their own points and the one at the end with the most, Wins!

still don't quite understand the team win being worth 5 pts.

since your picking 9 teams...do you have potential for 45 pts in a nite (9x5) on the rare occasion that all 9 of your teams are playing and they all win? that's where my confusion is..everything else is self explanatory...thanks.

Yes, every time any of your 9 teams win, you get 5 points. You also get the run differential and the HR's from each team. It is pretty simple really.

It is not rare for all 9 teams to be playing because on weekends, your teams are all always playing. Alot of times though your teams play each other and getting 45 points in a night is impossible if that happens.

They are the 2nd or 3rd favorite to win it all at most books buddy!

They also had a big points year last season. It was the right place for them i think. I knew it would irritate some Cub fans because they hate the pressure!!!
