I looked at Nascar.com and their standings don't look right. I'm not sure how to get Edwards total. Nascar.com has like a 2000 point gap between 12th & 13th. Something isn't right there. No. Last year when i was keeping track they added a bunch of points to each driver that made the chase and it threw off the totals.Originally posted by wayne1218 View PostComment

The last year before the chase started was 2003. The Winner in Survivor last year had 4648 points. In 2003, you would need to finish in 6th or higher in Nascar to beat last years winner. 7th that year had 4549, 6th was 4711. In 2002 4648 would have finished 3rd in Nascar. Only 2 drivers beat it that year. 3rd was 4641.
Basically, if you win it, Edwards will need a 3rd or 4th or better finish to beat you. If you get a top 5, Edwards probably would need around 7th-8th or better.
Basically, if you have a good year, you have a good shot!

Hey, I play 2 entries every year. Last year, one of my entries finished in 2nd place with over 4600 points. I may have beat Edwards with that one but the other one with my name is the one we used. You never know.Comment
