I will be running a FREE NFL Survivor pool here for all members this season. I did one in '04 & '05 but i seemed to have skipped it last year.
Monte runs a great site here and He, along with myself and Spark, are happy to do this contest for all at no charge.
We only ask one thing in return and that is for you to be involved in this site to help keep it running and keep it #1 ... Because in our minds, it is.
I'm sorry but no "Newbies" will be allowed to play in this contest. We do not want people simply signing up just to play for Free. You need to meet these requirements to play ...
1. You must be a member for at least One Month to enter.
2. You must have at least 50 posts.
Now if you recently signed up, you can still play. Just get involved, post some plays, get your post count above 50, and after one month is up, you can sign up to enter in this contest. If you are looking at this and have not signed up already as a member here, sorry but it is too late. The 1st Sunday of the season is Sunday September 9th so to meet the requirements, you have to have signed up here BEFORE August 9th (Today).
Sportsbooks - Football season is fast approaching and anyone looking for a reliable Sportsbook doesn't need to look anywhere except the top of this page where the site sponsors are listed. Rules - You must pick ONE Team each week to Win (No Pointspread). You CAN NOT use any team more than once. If you pick a team twice or forget to make a pick, you are ELIMINATED!
Each member that qualifies will get one entry. If we catch multiple names or signups from a member, they will be eliminated.
Tiebreaker - We can only have one winner. If multiple people are tied after 17 weeks, they will go to a post season tie breaker. You will again be able to use all teams and pick them once (Through Email). The last man standing will Win. If it is still tied come Super Bowl time, the Total points in the SB will determine the Winner
Deadline - Your pick MUST BE IN BEFORE the 1st game of each week begins. If there are Thursday or Saturday games, you will be allowed to wait until Sunday to turn your pick in if you are not using one of those games. There will be NO other exceptions to this rule guys. After the early games on Sunday kickoff, all people without picks are eliminated. Do not try to turn one in for the late games or the Sunday/Monday night games because it will not be accepted. It is nothing personal but i am right out straight during football season and come 1 PM (My time) on Sunday, i want to sit down and enjoy the games, not chase down picks.
