Sure everyone is spread thin with personal pools/drafts plus the immense stuff that Wayne tosses out there (I know that I am playing every one of them this year; sure everyone loves my donations!), but I thought I would toss another one out there for some interested parties.
It is a $50/entry for a weekly college pick'em. 20 games against the spread, plus a total points tiebreaker. I pick the games, spreads, and combine everything into an Excel spreadsheet for people to view. There is a weekly payout and then also an overall payout at the end (each entry contributes $3/week for weekly pot for 13 weeks and then $11 for final pot).
It is something that I inherited at work four years ago and I am trying to spread out the love. As I was based in Houston, the damn pool is too Big 12 tainted, so I am hoping to bring in some new blood. It is relatively simple and fun.
If interested, just post here and then hopefully I can get your email from the mods. I know, there is so much going on, but it might just interest some. Beerball and Grandpa played last year, so that can provide some thoughts on if it was any funny. Plus, is there a better time of year?!
