2004 Bettorschat Nfl Pool
Hello Guys and Girls, Another exciting NFL season is right around the corner and no better way to get the season started with a MONSTER NFL POOL here at bettorschat.
I discussed with Monte and we both agreed that we wanted a football pool that would keep all members involved throughout the season. The format is quite simple and I know it will be lots of fun as the season moves along.
Every week I will be publishing the lines/spreads for all games for that specific week (will usually publish on Saturday morning to give all members enough time to submit their picks).
Next step is your job which is quite easy, I think!!! All members must submit 7 games that they feel will cover against the spread each and every week………….and then the race begins!!!
The goal of this pool is to get as many games as possible correct throughout the 17 week regular season:
There is one catch however…………..in weeks 16 and 17, all members will NOT submit 7 games………NO, NO, NO,……………they will have to submit the whole card………you got it…………..16 games for the final 2 weeks………….YOU WILL NEED TO HANDICAPP THE FINAL 32 REGULAR SEASON GAMES - so no lead will be safe in this pool!!!
So I get the funny feeling that a whole bunch of us will be alive going into the last part of the season.
Offcourse, when there are Thursday and Saturday Games, I will publish the lines early. Also, I am open to suggestions on where we will be taking our lines from. If I get no suggestions, we will be using bowmans.com lines as I feel are very good lines.
So if my math serves me correctly, all participants will submit 130 Games throughout the season – WOW!!!!
Will anybody hit 60% of their games correctly??
Do you have what it takes to be the leader among leaders here at Bettorschat in the NFL???
