This has become a witch hunt.

I do not befriend EVERYONE, and ask for $500 in return. They CHOOSE to read my post in the service section, not the other way around. There is a BIG difference.

My offer still stands. I'd be happy to put up for one or two contests. In no way shape or form have I not repeatly told you, or monte, or spark how much I appreciate the rope you've given me.

I cannot believe this has been taken this far.

After looking at all the contests, I'd be happy to join the Survivor and Pick Em Contest if that is acceptable for you.

This way I believe everyone is happy. I will also if you would like put an extra $50 into the capping contest but would rather not submit picks for the reasons I stated that I hope at somepoint will be understood.

If you and Joe agree to that, I will send the check for $100 next week.

Birdog...it's not about proving anything to anyone. And believe it or not...it's not about ego.

I really dont' know why services enter the Hilton, maybe it's to get their name out for the future seasons, basketball, hockey, whatever, but what I don't understand is how anyone who pays for they're picks can be fine with it. Maybe I'm missing something. Wouldn't be the first time.

i'd be HAPPY to post my picks after they start for all to see. I am NOT hiding a thing. If there was someway to have my picks seen for the contest after kickoff of all games...I'd have no issue whatsoever! But I don't expect that to be done, nor do I have a problem with that.

I'm hoping to play in two of the contests, as well as put in money for this one as well without the picks...but i'll leave that decision to the powers that be.

The reason services enter the Hilton contest is for free advertising. Whoever wins the contest will increase their pick sales by 100%. Even if you finish in the top 20 your pick sales will increase. Its all about free advertising.

I never went to the forum they stay in and advertise it or offer it John. Since you are in here with us i did.

Most of those Vegas services are LARGE and well known in the Hilton. Do you think they worry about clients John when the picks are posted saturday? No, they probably don't have clients surfing the net for their picks or care to. They pay for the picks, get them direct and really only give a fuck about anything but if they win or lose. Your really just like the ones who seek out cash 1st and foremost john and your whole argument to this does nothing but prove it. The Hilton guys post 5 games days in advance and don't have the advantage of hiding all the 1 pm games which is most. Does that much of your income really come from here and do you not sell NBA, NHL, CBB, CFF, and other packages too? Very Greedy towards the forum here with your continnued reasoning of ... "I don't want anyone to see a game for free" attitude (imo).

We have 100 people in Survivor and 50 in the pool. Why would i approach you to join them. This one is the 1st year and it's struggling to get 20 players. You are a service and this is a capping contest. Isn't that what you do for a living??That's why i asked, didn't realize how much a member seeing a play meant to you i guess.

As did i and it led you to this thread. You denied my offer John for "Financial" reasons and i'll in turn, deny yours as well. Keep your money for survivor and the pool. Use it for the family 'cause those pools don't need it. If you change your mind about the capping contest, let me know.
