are all the same company, i played at one then switched to the other. for weeks they didnt say anything to me until i tried to cash out some of my $10,500. They told me i was asked not to play at their site (no one ever contacted me and they dont have any record either) then they said they would give me back $600 but they are keeping the rest. So this is the beginning for me, i have spoken with CNN as they are in the middle of a "is it safe" segment aboutn onlin gambling, so i can get it out there for people not to play there, and maybe you all can pass the word too. For the record i had fun while I was there, but no fun inthe world is worth 10k stolen. They are still talking to me day to day, but have made no gestures that i will be getting my money back.

Yes, last year they didn't pay someone all the $ they were owed. I think it was like $25k and they got like half.

I killed my local this week and am looking for a better offshore than bookmaker who I believe moves the lines awfully fast. Any input would be appreciated. Just a note about VIP!! I have been a member of this book for several years and do not have a problem with the sportsbook, however I need to make everyone aware of the bad service.

I have had issues with the casino and the support. I deposited 250 and got a 200% bonus (very nice). However, once I transferred it to the casino they would not allow me to transfer it back after the casino locked up. They did not issues my winnings after it locked up or offer any compensation but instead, they created another account for me (with a vulgar pw btw) but my money was locked up under the old login. I have tried for 3-4 weeks (calls, emails, etc.) but no response or when there was it was of no use as they don't listen to your issue.

I am officially done with VIP.com due to this lack of professionalism or service.
