If they have a closed line, or an incomplete list they dont allow a parlay.

Might have been the case. Usually I can parlay bases any time.

I just got it usually ill put them in the night before today i had to wait til noon

I emailed Pinny this question a few days ago. They replied they try to have all parlay lines posted by 12 EST. Most days it's between 10 and 11.

When does pinnacle open up parlays for baseball?
