Hey guys, relative newbie here. Love the site. I'm looking for a good online sportsbook for a small player. My local is kinda pissing me off (bad hours, & occasionally games i want are off the board for no good reason) Plus shopping for better lines never hurt anyone. Any tips greatly appreciated. GLTA

I use Bodog.com. My personal preference in selecting a sportsbook comes down to bonus/reload, lines, and (most importantly, IMO) how easy it is to deposit your cash. 5dimes is a bad example of depositing because they are really, really, really, and really anal about it. Some sportsbooks want you to fax or mail them a copy of your drivers license, blah blah blah.

Bodog.com, if you have a checkings account, is a great way to go. Just IMO.

Try a site sponsor since they support the site and I have a good working relationship with them. Plus they are good books or they wouldn't be up here.

        Bodog deals dual lines

Thanks for the tips guys. What do you mean by "dual lines" ? If it's what i think, wouldn't that expose them to being middled? Thanx again

Pinnacle Sports book by far the best. 5% and 7% odds will save you a lot of money over a years time even if your a small better. I've used Neteller to transfer money with them with no problems for the last 2 1/2 years. 10% Vig eats up a lot of profit.

Dual lines means how you bet you may get a different line than someone else. And no you wouldn't be able to middle as you would have to have 2 different accounts in 2 different names. Plus the lines are usually only .5 to 1pt different.

BC,Sorry to keep bombarding you w/ questions, but do you know of any other major sites that deal dual lines? Are they compiling profiles on their players and trying to move the line according to their betting tendencies? Do you feel comfortable recomending any one site sponsor or is that a conflict of interest? Thanks again guys

The other book that I know of that deals dual lines is Bowmans. As far as recommending 1 site sponsor over the other I really couldn't say that 1 is better than the other.
