moneybookers method to open a pinacle account.

i assume i can use my credit card to fund moneybookers and pinacle says that withdraws have to go back to moneybookers but will moneybookers send me a check or only a credit back to the credit card? i emailed pinacle with this question but thought i might get it answerd quicker here. i dont like the way pinacle dont have a toll free number for questions they say use e-mail for signing up questions but i like the lower vig plus i figure the extra out will come in handy.

Never dealt with pinnacle but, I have been using sportsbook.com their in vegas i beleive or at least American.
they have been reall good with any questions ive had,actually spoke to a reall person and on payout i had it routed to my checking account or you can have it credited back to your credit card and the difference you can have it sent to you by check or what ever.

Sportsbook.com is owned by Sportingbet.com and their not in the US.

As for Pinnacle and moneybrokers I believe moneybrokers will credit back your credit card for the original amount that you deposited and anything over that they will send you a check. Pinnacle doesn't use a toll free # so they can keep the Vig down.
