Depends on what you want from a book as I didn't realize Pinnacle charged so much. How much did you withdraw?

Most books cover the withdrawal fee and the post up fee's. As they usually give you one withdrawal per month free.

As you can see you could have did a fedex check for free. You must have made a deposit through neteller Instacash at the 5% rate which is discounted from the 8.9%

Why did you not transfer the money different to neteller or get a fedex check? And the money to withdraw wasn't from Neteller?

$5000 in then a $5000 withdraw, then a $10,000 withdraw, leaving $8000 in my account. That will be comming out also.....

Royal is fine, no charges on withdrawals up to 4/mo. Only negative is they move lines as the services get on the game but they all do some of that and their website is horrible.

Royal is not fine as they have been slow paying members for the last year. If you win some big money with them watch how slow you get paid.
