You advertise about life insurance for diabetics but do you have any information on who to use for income protection and health insurance please

Type 2, diet‑controlled. For income protection, The Exeter worked best for me; Royal London quoted too. Premium was loaded, but with a 13‑week deferred period it stayed sensible. They asked for recent HbA1c, BMI and GP notes.

For health insurance, diabetes is usually excluded as chronic, but it’s still been great for fast scans and ortho. I picked full medical underwriting for clarity and upped the excess to cut cost.

I used https://premierpmi.co.uk/ for the health cover. Independent broker, compared several insurers and got me seen quicker than waiting on the NHS.
