Hello , i'm having trouble moving things, particularly door tiles, ... I move them to where I want them to be, but I think the attribute information isn't being carried over, as the door(s) don't work anymore, is this why the doors aren't working as normal? (particularly open door tiles, that go to the next area) is there a program that can handle this easily?

I actually went through something similar when I was moving a bunch of stuff, including some complex items like door tiles that had specific settings. When I tried to do it myself, I kept running into issues where the doors wouldn’t work anymore after being moved. It turned out that some of the attribute info, like the connections or triggers, wasn’t being transferred properly. It was frustrating trying to figure it out on my own.
