  • Meat is an essential part of a balanced diet

Dont trust those that say otherwise.

Protein is essential for muscle building and those "vegans" they show actuallt consume a lot of milk products or they say they feel weak.

Humans are omnivorous, if we were made to only eat plants we would only eat plants and not meat.

There is nothing wrong with eating meat in a ethical sense. Animals kill animals for food, heck even herbivores occasionally eat other animals. And those people that complain about "oppresion of animals"? It's an appeal to emotion with no basis to empirical data, essentially "ITS WRONG BECAUSE I-IT JUST IS OKAY".

And there are those that ascertain that early humans did not eat meat, which is entirely untrue as archaeological and evolutionary characteristics of parasites show humans consumed lots of meat, just not meat from larger prey until we developed the means to hunt them.

And global warming? Ask them if we stop eating meat will the animals be allowed to live? If their answer is yes, then global warming would still occur regardless of whether we eat meat or not. Also ask them about their private jets and why they gatekeep "strugglers"(people with no backing/money) from their occupational environment.

TL;DR: meat is good for you. Too much of anything is bad. Eat a balanced diet and dont give up on meat because some elitists told you so

Your point about animals in nature and the notion of "oppression" is intriguing. It's true that the natural world often involves animals consuming other animals for survival. The ethical aspects of meat consumption can be quite subjective and varied.
