FortuneJack steals $120,000 winnings from player.

These scammers are free-rolling bettors. They accept large bets and if you perchance win, they will find something in their t&c to deny you payment. Their modus operandi seems to be to make the small payouts and keep the big ones for themselves.

One such bettor posted on bitcointalk forum, accusing fortunejack of keeping his winnings and barely paying half. Luckily they had screenshots of the disputed bets and posted them before fortunejack could delete his betting history. This alone is a big red flag and a sign that this sportsbook cannot be trusted.

You can ban the player from betting, but deleting their bet history, especially when the player had pending bets and during a dispute clearly shows the casino has something to hide.

The bets were voided for being “identical”, but they offered the markets, and accepted the bets, and so they should pay. Had the player lost the bets they wouldn't have been refunded. $120,000 is a huge amount of money and is life changing for a lot of people and for the casino to ruthlessly deny payment is unbecoming and they should be avoided at all cost.

The bets in question were placed on the 29th of October 2021. Each bet placed was a combination of 2 events, so the bet odds were a multiplier of the odds for each event:

2-Bet of 1.96 XMR (~475 euros) placed at 21h20, with odds of 20.48 on:
Match A: Heidenheim wins for "full time result" (odds of 3.2)
and
Match B: Lille wins for "first half result" (odds of 6.4)


3-Bet of 20 XMR (~4750 euros) placed at 21h22, with odds of 19.84 on:
Match A: Heidenheim wins for "which team wins the rest of the match" (odds of 3.2)
and
Match B: Lille wins for "first half result" (odds of 6.2)


4-Bet of 2.61 XMR (~500 euros) placed at 21h24, with odds of 20.42 on:
Match A: Heidenheim wins for "which team wins the rest of the match"
and
Match B: Lille wins for "first half result"


FortuneJack waited for the outcome of the bets then canceled bets 2,3 and 4 claiming they were identical to bet 1.
