Why did they allow that guy to offer a bailout plan without looking into it to see if he was legit or not?? If I had known about it I would have told you from the get go that it was a scam as that Jacob guy is a scammer plus that e-mail address is one that I recognize as being a scammer.

      BettorsChat,

According to Heritage they had no idea about this bailout offer.

These guys who scammed me pretended to be from Heritage, and I was a complete dumbass that I believed them. They set up my account with Heritage so everything seemed fine to me.

I have contacted Heritage to get some information from them as to what has been going on here because they must know something about these guys. Unfortunately, Heritage hasn't answered me.

Any other question, just ask and I will answer from the best of my knowledge.

        jjb,

Actually I was referring to the site that you got the guys e-mail address about the bailout plan. Why did they not look into this before allowing this poster to post such info.

Just clarifying, but when you say "Heritage", you are referring to Heritage Sportsbook?

            Bettorschat,

Sorry, I misunderstood your post. They did delete his email address at MW in no time. It was posted at Offshore Gamblers ****** too though.

            4realyo,

www.heritagesports.com is the one I am referring to.

And did the other site remove the e-mail address?

I don't think so. I think it's still there in fact. He used [email protected] at that site as far as I remember. The only place I have seen the [email protected] listed is on this site.

That's odd as I know a guy who swears that the owner of that site is that Jakob Stearly character. I believe his e-mail address is [email protected]

Also if you have any of the original e-mails have you checked the header files for the Originiating IP #'s?

                        Huh??

Jacob is for sure not involved with any of those sites.

Among other things, we have used the email headers in tracking these guys down.

                            I'll paraphrase you:

"since I thought I was doing business with Heritage, of course I was interested."

Not to blame Heritage but what was it about Heritage that made this "deal" sound legit? Heritage had documented problems in the past.

In any event, thanks for posting. This should make people think twice about getting involved in a scenario like yours. If it sounds too good to be true...

Why would that site leave up that e-mail address then? That makes no sense to me at all.
