That was BS what Gilbraltor did,from everything I have read they are in the Millenium family of books and they have a history of doing this to new players just before they meet there rollover,the most amazing part was the MODS at the site where the complaint did not want to touch it with a ten foot pole they sent one email and that was it never a follow up from the MOD at all and guess what Millenium was a advertiser there I am sure you could do better

I used Gibraltar 2 football season ago. I racked up about 8K in profit from that book and waited until the end of the season to take my profits. After connecting to the payout dept, they asked me a few questions about why I wanted to withdraw everything. I said I got into a car accident and needed the cash ASAP. They sent the check immediately.

I probably didn't need to BS them but I didn't want to take any chances. All in all, I was happy with the book. Thye posted their lines for football real early, Sun Night for the following week and the operators were friendly.

Some books ask that as they are curious if theres a specific reason. Like bad customer service etc. However, I don't see anything wrong with what you did, because its your cash.
