My girlfriend doesn't like to wager alot but she likes to do it for fun.
She deposited $27 into her account 2 1/2 weeks ago just to make some $4 or $5 wagers. Her checking account had about $800 in it at the time.
2 days ago she had built it up to about $125. Yesterday they tell her that her deposit 2 1/2 weeks ago was declined and they put a hold on her account. The bank says it wasn't on their end that it had to be them or swiftpay which is what she uses. She has made deposits before with zero problems.
Today they cleaned out the remaining $80 in her account and said since her winnings came from an invalid deposit that they were all void.
She has probably made about 15 deposits overall in this account without ever withdrawing once and this is how she's treated?
Total bullshit! First of all they could have just taken the $27 out until it was figured out and 2nd, what the hell did they wait 2 1/2 weeks for accepting bets?
My girl is very upset about this as her account now sits at zero and i replied just now to them guaranteeing that their name would be spread in a negative way everwhere possible.
That is total bullshit and if you use them you better beware. I too will not longer use them as one of my books if this problem isn't fixed immediately!
