    My bookmakers never asked me ONCE why I ordered them to send me my bucks!
    Maybe I am over reacting, but if they would try I would tell them to fuck off, grab money and never make a bet again.
    It's none of their business!

      If they ask you that again, ask him or her why he/she when he/she took money out of the atm the last time and why he/she did it.

        Man, we are doing business with our bookies literally 24/7/365 (at least that's the way it is with me), and I think we build a kind of trust based relationsship. You trust your bookie that he gives you the money when you won and he trust you that you pay when you lost, ok?
        So, a question like "Why do you want YOUR (!!!!) money from me" is really riddiculous!

            Talk to someone running the show.

            Tell them you are not pleased with their current customer service. It's a very competitive business, and your say may influence the way they conduct future business and save us all some stress.:D
            Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.
