here is a quick update I just got a e-mail back from their banking dept and they said that they will not make a special trip to western union to pay me my FREE $180 as I am a freebie player and they will pay me when they pay customers who use real money! Why offer a free $10 pay if you dont want to pay if the player wins now and why not tell me that to begin with when I call and request the payout instead of telling me over and over it is in the process of being done. help me out here bettors chat and tell me where I am wrong. again thanks

moral of the story!

Just wanted to follow up on this story which was handed down to me to follow up on the boards.

From what i got from this story, this guy had received his $10.00 free in his account. With the $10.00 free dollars he turn it into $100.00 and wanted to withdraw, but found out that we had a 30 days period before anything is eligable for withdraw on the $10.00 free money. So from that he insisted that he wanted to withdraw the $100.00 only to deposit it again cause he loved our service! (ASS KISSING). And stated if he was not able to withdraw his 100.00 now before the 30day period, he would just stop playing and wait the 30 days and then when it came time he would withdraw the 100.00 never coming back to our book (with accassional treats of coming to the boards and posting ugly news about us).

So with some more presisitant phone calls to our office sweet talking the clerks, he insisted that if we allow him to use the 100.00 as an opening balance on his his account he promised to make a deposit and be a consistant player, so it was done, and what do you know, to our surprise, the next day instead of sticking to his word of making a deposit and being a consistant player, he demanded now an even larger withdrawal.

To our surprise this guy was now calling the office every hour harrassing the clecks for his FREE 180.00 withdrawal with even more treats that he was gonna ruin us by posting on the boards!

We will not tolerate this nor will we let these treats influence our decision on this issue!

We have gottin many clients from this board, a handfull of steady clients, and 100's using our FREE 10.00 bet to try to make it rich. Which is understandable and reasonable, i myself would try to turn a 10.00 bet into a million dollars, but understand that we are offering the 10.00 free as a curtesy for new clients to try our services out. If you are lucky enough to win $100.00 with your free $10.00 providing you followed our rules, you will be paid!

Looking at our records now, we have paid to date 17 people from this board $100.00 from the FREE $10.00 bet. with out a hitch (if you are one of these people feel free to post here also).

Last time i checked, $100 free cash was better then none!
Dont ruin it for the rest of the honest people who want to untilize the free $10.00 bet for what it was intended!

This player will be paid his original $100.00 withdrawal request from the FREE $10.00 after the 30 period has expired! Which is May 15th in case he doesnt remember!

you guys can believe that or not that is entirely false I knew their was a 30 day waiting period as stated before I called and asked for a manager to see if there was a option where I could continue to play that would make sense I had a $100 in account it made no sense for me to place another wager with account at $100 if I could not win anymore money so I talked to a manager larry he said he would speak to the other department to call back I call back and he says I can wager with the $100 and it had been credited as a deposit to my account so you can read into it what you want my times of calling them for the withdrawal were as follows I called at 10am may 3rd requested $180 payout they said no problem we will process you will recieve a e-mail from us within 24 hours. I called them at 8pm that night just to ask if the withdrawal was processed as I had not had access to computer I talked to a woman then she said no but it would be done 1st thing tuesday morning. I called this morning my 3rd total call at 11 am est and talked to larry again he said they were processing the western unions then and they would have it done within a couple hours I called 1 last time at 3 pm 4 hours later where larry got real hateful saying that they were not going to make a special trip to western union for me and that he should not have taken my $100 as deposit. I will not recieve any money from this place I can see me now trying to call back may 15th which will be day 30 and saying ok now send me my $100 going through the hassle all over again. I am speechless and just say wow I have run into some books in my time but this all over a $180 request its good that I did not run it to $1000. Fwiw my account is at $309 so you heard the man despite taking the $100 as a deposit for me to continue playing they say now no we are taking it back and you can wait for your $100 thanks moe you are a class act! thanks for the help bettorschat I will come back to inform all on may 15th on the result of collecting the $100 I guess but Yes I am going to post everywhere now about this book and highly urge against signing up hell I even have told 7 or 8 people about the book and the free $10 and I know they signed up whether they have deposited or not I do not know.

one last thing I only requested $180 again to see how they went about withdrawals I was not quitting them that still left a little over $100 in account and fwiw I would have resent the $180 had I lost the rest of the money!

bettors I explained I spoke with the manager and he agreed to take the $100 as a deposit I had won and I asked when I would be able to make a withdrawal should I win and he stated after you roll it over twice. april 30th was when they took the $100 as deposit and may 3rd is when I requested a withdrawal. Its shocking that this place is allowed to do business.

if i recall correctly, we stated that we would allow you to use your FREE $100.00 early if you were to become a DEPOSITING customer, not to only ask for a bigger withdraw the next day!!!

you know damn well that is false the reason the $100 was accepted for a deposit was so that I would continue to wager and I never said anything nor you employee about sending another deposit I said should I lose the $100 I would redeposit with you guys. But sure you can sit and type anything you want to because its your word against mine. By the way it was not the next day it was 4 days later after I had made over $400 worth of plays when the deposit was requested. How come when I requested the withdrawal you all said no problem and when i called back kept telling me it was in the process and even sent me e-mails saying I would get the $180 when you all pay your regular customers I have the e-mail to prove that.

Did you ever make a deposit?

The free $10 wager was to be only withdrawn if you rolled it over a certain amount of times which I believe was 10 and kept the $10 account going for 30 days. After that you could withdraw up too $100 of the winnings from the free $10 account.

Now as I read it you're stating that they said they would allow your free $10 account that you turned into $100 to be used as a regular deposit account?? And that whatever money you turned that into you could get? If so no book would do this on a free account.

I did try and help you by contacting them. However, if you expect anyone to believe that a book that gave you free money was going to allow you to use that as regular money once you met the requirements on the free money without making a deposit you have to be crazy.

Books usually do it so players will see what type of lines they offer, service etc, and hopefully get some post up money from the free accounts holders after checking out their book.
