    Bettors.....

    I have been trying all day to send them a deposit through neteller. They keep saying something is wrong on netellers side.
    Now when I call Neteller everything is fine. I even put a deposit in Neteller to make sure. My neteller is open and fine. I even did it through a different account.
    This place is starting to make me uneasy.
    If it is this hard to make a deposit, how hard is it to make a withdrawal.
    I think they are screwing with me because they sent me an email that said if I dont put in a deposit by today and I make a withdrawal they will cancel my winners and only send out 100. A 100 because that is all you can take from that 10 sign up. Which means if I go on a streak and win I cant withdrawal.
    Have you used this place before?
    I know some sites have to walk on eggshells alittle when it comes to a sponsor but man, this is riduculous!!!
    Thanks for any response you can give me.
    If any one else reads this let me know if you received any withdrawals from this place.

    Also to note. They are supported by wager-one but wager-one wont pay you, they will. Which is kinda scary in a way.

      Denial,

      All you can win on the free 10 is $100 so if you're at $100 then theres no need to play anymore games. Just ask for a payout request on the $100.

      I think what you're saying is that you've won $100 with the free money and are trying to make a Neteller deposit, but having a problem. And you want to use some of the $100 account towards your plays until you can get the Neteller deposit in there?

      And they stated that you will only get the $100 if you don't get the neteller in today? In other words if you wager say $50 and win it won't count towards your Neteller deposit if it goes through tomorrow? And you would still get the $100 from the free $10 account? If so that sounds fair.

          Also what the email said(trying to explain this better) was that if I am at 100 from the 10 and I decide to put a deposit in and I win and I ask for a withdrawal, they will cancel my winnings and only pay me the 100. So what I was trying to do was send them a 100 and hit so I can cash out. Not right away but the way I read the email it says if you decide to put in a deposit after your first bet with the 10. no matter what your wagers will be cancelled and they will only give you 100.

          In other words, I played SD +33 last night and won. I am up 19.09. So I read what they have to say about the rules.
          So I deposit 100.
          Now I have 119.09
          Now say I bet 50 dollars a game for say 9 games and win all 8
          Now I have roughly 459. or somewhere around that. It is rolled over 10 times like they asked.
          BUT being that I didnt place a deposit before I bet there 10 special, they cancel my 359 in winnings and only pay me 100.
          That is my understanding of this.
          I could dig up the email if you need it.

          I am just wondering if I should even put the money in if that is the case. If it is then I will just try to get a free 100 and move on is all. Just wanted to give them a chance. Kinda liked the set up on there.

            jsut thought Id update you on the email deal. Here is there response:

            We sincerely appologize for all the troubles you had to go through
            today. At this moment we are contacting the Neteller services to find
            out what the problem is since we have no problems with any other of our
            customers. Neteller customer support is informing us that they will not
            be able to put us through their manager until tomorrow morning, so we
            are going to deposit $100 in your account right now so you can use them
            as you please, and we will also add $20 for initial deposit bonus on
            the condition that as soon as we have this problem solved you go
            through with the deposit.

              Some books won't give their merchant numbers as I've had that happen to me before too. I don't know why either as it was a big book.

              I think I understand you on the $100 thing and I will e-mail the owner about it as that doesn't sound right. I haven't read the official rules on it though.

                  First off, here are rules for the FREE $10.00

                  1st: Free $10.00 bonus is only yours to keep after you have wagered this amount (10)times and is only redeemable for straight sportsbook plays (sides/totals). Their is absolutly no Call Center plays offered with the FREE $10.00, Nor is their any Casino, Horse or Prop plays redeemable with the FREE $10.00 bonus Failure to follow any of the above FREE $10.00 rules will result in automatic void of the FREE $10.00

                  2nd: If no deposits are made the FREE $10.00 and all its profits must stay in your account for a minimum of 30 days before any withdrawal can be made.

                    Thanks Moe.

                    However I called Neteller and even added more money into my account even though I didnt need to and still couldnt do it. Asked them to check my account and they said it was fine and "open" so there should be no problem. I used it on another site and worked fine, so I know it isnt my side.

                    Also I was given "810" for you Merchant ID and not the one you listed above.

                              Hello I decided to register and let you all know that I found this site and checked out the free $10 deal, I run a website of my own and post on many of the other forums on the web daily and give out info on sportsbooks when I use them as I have dealt with over 300 sportsbooks in my life this was the first time I have heard of this particular book so I went to the site and signed up and got free $10 well I ran that $10 to the $100 maximum that can be won and called them to see what I had to do to win more they said make a deposit so I spoke with larry who said he was a manager and I asked could they take that $100 as a deposit he said he would check into in and for me to call him back so I called back and he said that was not a problem and to go on wagering now and the $100 we show as a deposit so that was great so anyway I make a few bets and run account up to $315 and just to see if they stick to their word and to check their payouts and how quick they are I requested a $180 western union payout may 3rd at 10 am eastern time they said it would be done within 2 hours well I call today at 11am eastern they say its not been done yet mondays are busy and their were other people in front of you it should be done within a couple hours it is now 7 est still not done now I know its only $180 and I should be patient and the fact is $180 is pocketchange but just tell me that their is a delay or what the deal is. I have passed along the info about the book on my site and others about the free $10 and actually praised them when larry worked with me and got the $100 as a deposit, Also I fully intend to resend the $180 to them as a deposit should I lose what I have left the only reason the account was opened is to see how their customer service is and how quick they payout and the past 2 days I am very unsatisfied with both so if the webmaster here would like to contact them and ask what the holdup is it would be appreciated. have a great day and I can be e-mailed at no e-mails on the site
