What is meant by .... "there is a 10x rollover requirement associated with this bonus." Meaning what you have too reload 10x's to get bonus

Say u put 100 bucks in .... u have to turn that over 10 times ... would have to hit over 1000 before you could cashout .... sometimes they combine bonus then would be 2000 ....

That's why my stance has always been don't worry about bonuses. Worry about having multiple outs. Personally I don't care about a bonus as it means I have to wager more times to try and win which ends up loosing it all.
