    I know this site supports 5 Dimes, but I have not had a good experience with them. I stopped using them awhile back when they charged me a huge fee for a failed transaction which had nothing to do with myself. Since then I have a friend the rarely plays sports, but asked if I knew a good online sportsbook. I recommended him to 5Dimes because they continue to get A rating everywhere I look. I gave him my user information and he has called 4 times to get me my referral bonus from his initial deposit, he and I continue to get a run around from customer service and no bonus for myself or him. Numerous attempts to rectify this situation leave me frustrated and also unhappy that I recommended this site to a friend.

    Sorry to hear that. I have had nothing but a great experience there. If you dont mind me asking, how did a "failed transaction" happen?

      5Dimes is a top notch book and very very similar to Pinnacle.

        I had a similar issue at 5Dimes. I use a pre-paid Visa card and the card company did a "chargeback" on a deposit for some unknown reason. This resulted in 5Dimes revoking my ability to deposit using Visa. I had to dispute the chargeback and the investigation came out in my favor. I sent 5Dimes a copy of the investigation letter and called them many times but they refused to reinstate my pre-paid Visa deposit option.

        I sent all the information to Monte and he was able to have my deposit option reinstated. Monte does seem to have a line of communication with them that the player will not be able to obtain. The process took some time, but patience and contacting Monte should be able to resolve issues that are not your fault.
