People need to realize that Big Brother is trying to shut down any means to keep USA Citizens from being able to sign up with the over seas books.

Also there's only so many processors out there. With that being said it limits how many payouts that they can make per month without getting noticed. And to top that off some of these runners are just taking the money and running off.
