I requested a payout April 11 & it was processed & approved. They said it would take 15 business days. It is now May 29 and I still havent received my payment. They said because of the Easter holiday payouts were taking a bit longer. I have no idea why easter would be a busy payout weekend- I think it's bull crap. Anyway, I have been very patient and I've only sent bovada 2 emails. They responded by saying they would send my payments tracking info to my email & my bovada email account-that promise has yet to come true. I called them last week and they assured me that they would send me a tracking number. Still I haven't received any info. I am really growing more frustrated and think that they don't give a shit about me. They have no problem with me depositing money from my bank account yet it takes months for me to recieve a payout. This is the first time it's happend yet I haven't been with them since they transactioned to bovada. I wish there was someone that could help me.I've been a great customer for almost a decade.
