Yes. DL and credit card. I believe that is only when you use a credit card to make a deposit. If you WU or MG, not quite sure if you would have to. I deposit using card and withdraw, when i do win, WU. Next day pickup always! Very easy. It's a secured email they send you, scan and send back. Signed agreement ect. if you use a credit card.
