I don't understand why card games are okay but betting on sports isn't.

Horse racing and dog racing could be labeled as a sporting event.

The Government makes everything impossible to read. Just look at the size of the book for taxes.

It simply boils down to Prohibition which was ruled on by the WTO in favor of Antigua. The USA appealed it and lost. Then they appealed it again and lost. Then they said fuck it and ignored the WTO ruling. They need to wake up and legalize it as it will not only create jobs which this Country needs, but taxes that this country needs as well. They tried prohibition on Alcohol back in 1919 and it went on until 1933 when they woke up and realized how much money they could get their hands on.
