Are you wanting to know if they have a reload bonus? If so yes they do. I believe it's 10%. If you don't have an account with them click on the banner on this site and get a 50% bonus play.

They won't do anything now, but acted like later on that they would.

You should be going to the site where you signed up and ask them to get you an extra bonus, because even if I did I get no credit for it.
