Is this a reputable site? I made a deposit with my bank debit card, went through without a problem. Trying to withdraw some money after a nice winning streak. They asked for front and back copies of the card and ID, which I sent, and they said I was good to go. They then cancelled my withdrawal and said they needed those again, along with a signed form that says I "agree to all charges made with sportsbetting.com". I'm a little leary at signing something for them that says I authorize "all" charges they claim? Is this standard? Anyone use them?

It's standard for them to want a copy of your credit card and a drivers license.

I would ask them what all charges means? And how much? They may be referring to a withdrawal fee.

Jazette Enterprises is who owns them and the others. I think the main issue is what are the charges that they want him to sign off on? It's probably a payout charge, but I would find that out first.
