I've been following all you guys for the last 8 years and respect all you and your opinions. I've been placing wagers over the last 10 yrs through a local with no probs untill this last week. I'm a 50-300 a game bettor.Week by week I'm usually up or down no more than a grand. The last three weeks I've won about 9k with this week him oweing me 4500. He no where to be found, so I'm out and will move on.
I know online sounds to be the way to go, which site would you recommed, I heard bodog is good. Is it safe? Any problems or concerns I should know about? I really appreciate any input! Thanks and good luck everyone.

i have been using a offshore book for 8yrs now. Not bodog but another one which is very reputable. I have never once had an issue with withdrawing money. Right now for the past year + after the internet crack down on gambling i mainly use my local. I still have a small amount of money in my off shore. only real issue i had is before i use to use firepay to deposit and withdraw money. it was really easy. I cant use that any longer so i simply use my local.

There are many books I would trust. If you decide to choose one put X amount in and wager and after a week or 2 simply do a withdraw for whatever and see how the pay outs work.

well i hardly use my off shore so i really cannot answer that. I know that many of the top off shore books are good and you wont have any issues getting your $$$$ so that shouldnt be a worry. I guess my only concern is how fast i can deposit and withdraw $$$$ now. It use to be simple. I'm sure ppl have ways to get money in and now now but I just got pissed off about it all and pulled a majority of my money out.

Personally, I wouldn't let him get away that easy.
I doubt he left town;do some investigative work to find him, and if you find him, offer him a payment plan he can afford.
The last I heard the name of the game with locals was "Pay and get paid!"

Don't use BODOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 40-60 days to receive a payout, odds on all spreads...i like Bookmaker, The Greek, 5 Dimes ( my 3 favorite)
