No. Just regular visa.

That's why. It doesn't even take my Visa. I use Pre-paid Visa cards now and it works great. You get 15% with each deposit too. It has to be a All Access Visa though. I can buy them at most stores around my house.

NetSpend (All Access) will send you a free pre-paid Visa card. I have 1 and i just fund it with my Paypal. Deposits are 2 clicks away. Very easy.
