I have had issues with the casino and the support. I deposited 250 and got a 200% bonus (very nice). However, once I transferred it to the casino they would not allow me to transfer it back after the casino locked up. They did not issues my winnings after it locked up or offer any compensation but instead, they created another account for me (with a vulgar pw btw) but my money was locked up under the old login. I have tried for 3-4 weeks (calls, emails, etc.) but no response or when there was it was of no use as they don't listen to your issue.
I am officially done with VIP.com due to this lack of professionalism or service.
