Anyone know of any sportsbook websites that do not make you have to fax various documents for verification before a cash out? the only site I know is is sportsbook.com

Also anyone know of any other sites that let you cash out unlimited amount of times through checks? only one i know is dimelinesports which seems to be a bit sketchy in how they do things

If you play cash in then you can pay cash out.....but if you deposit via credit card you have to give a copy of the card and license.

When books say they accept "visa" as a way of funding, does that mean prepaid visa cards? whats the highest denomination u can get?

Some of the books it means pre-paid visas and others it doesn't. On those pre-paid I would think its like $200-$300.
