What Ville said is exactly why I went to the All Access Visa card. Man, you load the card, call Bet Jamaica with the card number, BOOM it is in you account. Same thing with the Banque Card. And at $9.00 to $12.00 a pop, the cards are a much better deal. You may have to use Moneygram a couple of times until the card get set up, but man, I got sick of always having to get a name, and a reference number call that in etc. Moneygram is an option, but if time is a factor in your life, the cards are MUCH easier. IMO

Not familiar with them, but I would say $200-$300 and tops being maybe $500

I use a prepaid Visa card for my account. The monthly cost varies it is not more than 9.95. I love my card because I only use it for my offshore plus I do not have to worry about any fraud on my regular card or bank account. I only pay $2 to reload my account. I think it is much better than moneygram

Do you have to provide your name and address to activate it?? Or can I just purchase the Visa all access card and load it and use it??

I would assume that you have to use your name etc, in order to load the card to begin with.
