Anyone that has a USA account can do a book to book transfer with any of the site sponsors on this site. Just click on the banner of the book of your choice. Sign up then contact pinnacle customer service at [email protected] and tell them to make the transfer of your account over to whatever book you opened the account at. You will have to give them the account # at the new book.
