    Good grief.

Get your money out of Neteller NOW!!!!!

Two of the company's principles are under indictment, trading in the stock has been suspended.

I swear, some people remind me of the idiots who worked for Enron who refused to sell the stock as it gradually plummeted down to zero.

They are virtually certain to pull out of the United States even if they do survive but I doubt they will.

This is far worse than the Pinnacle situation and the other books that proactively pulled out of the U.S. before criminal charges. It is much more like the BetOnSports debacle in which all customers are being stiffed as the company has gone bust because of the criminal charges.

I think Pinnacle customers were lucky to get their dollars back. I have heard Pinny is looking to sell their international business.

I would suggest taking your money out of the smaller financed books. Neteller was a huge contributor to offshore cash flow and the books will be scrambling to find alternatives once Neteller completley shuts down.

Taking a look at non top-notch books: If every customer they have request a withdrawl, I would say over 70% of the books out there do not have the funds to pay everyone. Even more important, they dont have the motivation to pay everyone. If 90% of there business is U.S based, they are going to shut down anyway. Why pay?

I think the government has made the one of their top priorities even though its not getting media attention. Their simply taking away resources and placing much pressure on the book.

This is just an opinion but I wouldn't be suprised if some books call it quits and take your mone and run after the Super Bowl.

Both FirePay and MoneyBookers both pulled out of the USA as well and are still in business. Of course they may not have had as much gambling as Neteller does.

Neteller is a publicly traded company under criminal charges by the United States.

I find it hard to believe it will survive that. Investors decide the value of a company.

MoneyBookers is a public company as well and I believe Firepay is too.

All of the Sportsbooks that were on the London Stock Exchange haven't been prosecuted for all prior action to the passing of the bill.

                        BHS,

I keep hating to say I told you so, but Neteller has now dropped all US gambling deposits.

I don't know why people keep failing to under stand the obvious.

There's definetley going be big changes in the off shore industry. I think we will see where the chips fall in the next two weeks. If books decide to stay they are definetley going to have to fight and fight new ways to adapt. The absence of neteller and e-check will cripple some books and scare many books away from the U.S. market.
