I have MVP for my baseball account. Very easy and simple to bet on line. I've only had them since March and haven't had an opportunity to get paid yet, but I haven't had to re-up either.
I had Horizon Sports for football the last couple of years and they pay prompt. They have a special 20% bonus play for any deposit of $500 or more, but then again just about every book will give you some type of bonus if you ask.

intertops and wagerstreet are the best i have come across and i have used about 12 and looked at about 100.

EXCELLENT lines at intertops but they don't use listed pitchers which some like and some don't

Wagerstreet is VERY EASY to navigate and use

Sportsbook.com has excellent prop bets and lots of options for wagers
