Problem with Diamond Sports Book

Anyone else have a problem gettting $ from this book? I have made some deposits via electronic check and $ comes out of my account the next day and no problem. I go to withdraw and they say my check needs 15 business days to clear.. That's just my last deposit and not taking that out, just what I won
Anyone else have a problem with them? Thanks

Pinnacle I believe will not let anyone take any money out unless all E-Checks clear in 10 working days even if there is more than enough in the account to cover.

This is bull **** closing my account with them

I think it could do with them having to wait a certain amount of time to make sure of chargebacks not being able to be done, but i'm not 100% positive on this.

They contacted me and took care of the problem. Thanks for everyone's help ...
Had to do with waiting for electronic check to clear, takes like 5 - 7 business days but all good now
