I usually get my money from Netteller in 2 to 3 days EXCEPT if I had made a deposit from my bank account to Netteller, you cannot withdrawl your money until your last deposit has cleared your bank. Usually 5 to 7 business days. The same holds true when I want to withdrawl money from my offshore account and have them send a check by Fed Express. The offshore won't let me withdrawl my winnings until my last deposit has cleared my bank. Same thing, 5 to 7 days.

What pisses me off is when I make say, a $1000 deposit to my offshore. I can have a good streak and a couple of days later can have $3000 in my offshore account. Let's say I want to withdrawl $1500 from my offshore, leaving behind $1500. They still won't let me have my money until my $1000 deposit clears my bank even though I would still have more than my deposit left behind in my acct. with them, $1500 in case something went wrong with my deposit. I can't understand why they do this.
