This is an email I got from a buddy, he has been around the block a few times...so I think he knows what he is talking about.
OK...don't think I'm crazy, but if any of you have an extra $1,100 laying around, you have the opportunity to make a free $1000.
Mansion Poker is offering a no-lose bet. You bet $1,100 on Pittsburgh Thursday night. If they cover, you win $1000. If they don't cover, they will refund your $1,100 bet. You can withdrawl your winnings, or if they don't cover, your original $1,100 without any strings attached (i.e. you don't have to bet 10x the deposit or anything).

I've looked at this this for a few days now, and it is legit (as far as I can tell). It truly is risk free.
The only 'downside' is that they need photo id proof before you can withdrawl. This can be either a fax or e-mail of your drivers license, and then I think it takes 3 days or so to validate. It all seems legit to me.

The hard part is that you have to be able to fund $1,100. Fortunately, for me, I was able to withdrawl from another site to Neteller, and deposit direct into Mansion. However, if you don't have $1,100 anywhere, or in your neteller or firepay account, I believe there is an option that they will take what you have in your Neteller account, and then take the rest from the corresponding bank account (Direct/Accept Instacash?) that you signed up with. I guess other people are using credit cards to fund, and it is working, though supposedly there is a $400 limit, so you have to do it on 3 different cards. Might be a lot of work if you don't have the money accessible, but for $1000 risk free, it might be worth it. There are other funding options, but I'll let you guys explore those on your own (bank transfer, money order, etc).
Another thing to think about, if you have the funds, is to bet $550 on Miami...then whoever wins, will leave you with $450-$500. Pittsburgh covers, you win $1000, but lose $550 for $450 profit. If Miami covers, you win $500, and are refunded your $1000 bet at Mansion. This is likely the route I will go, but my other sportsbook has the game off the board right now due to Roethlisbergers injury.
IMPORTANT: You HAVE to do the hedge on Miami at a SEPERATE sportsbook. You cannot bet the free bet on Pittsburgh at Mansion, and also bet on Miami at Mansion. This will invalidate the free bet. If you need/want a referral to another sportsbook, let me know and I'll pass along an invite.
Some say they are doing this, and making it such a high bet to keep out the riff-raff. I'm not exactly sure, but supposedly they did this a few weeks back with a soccer bet, and it worked out just fine.

If you know anyone that you think might have this money around and be interested, feel free to let them know. According to Mansion, this offer may not remain until gametime if they get too overwhelming of a response, so you may want to act quickly.
