Elimination seedings

Trying to figure out seedings...3 players in hand and all go All -In.....1 player who has 2nd best hand with 5 chips...1 player with worst hand with 20 chips...and 1 player with best hand and knocks out other two players.........Question is...are those players both in second? is highest chip count second? or is best hand between two second?
please help I got whiners.....................lol
