    I know this one will bring out some sarcastic/funny responses as well as some honest ones, but here goes anyways:
    Assuming you exercise, what form(s) do you partake in and how often do you do it?

    Weight-lifting. I went from 110 in HS to 165 presently. I work out 5 days a week.

        I do 12 oz curls almost every night.

          i run/walk 2 miles every morning.....I either lift/physio ball/ cardio/box almost everyday for at least an hour.....

          it is the only way i can maintain my energy level......I love to jumprope and do sprints also....

          and i do Yoga-Booty-Ballet

                I do quick "wrist flexes" 12 times a day. 6 with my right hand, 6 with my left hand.

                  I myself love jogging but do so only when the weather is warm about 5 times a week(excludes winter entirely of course). I jog for 32 minutes and have regular routes which take that long to run.
                  I don't break any speed records and probably do around 10 minute miles at best(not that it matters).
                  I also on occasion go for walks for about an hour or so(my wife enjoys that).
                  During the winter and other times when it is cold-I have stair climber and try to do that about 3 times a week.
                  I would do some form of lifting except that I have a chronically bad back.
                  Of course when you are married, there is also the good/fun kind of exercise.

                              Run 2 miles 3 days a week. Tonight being one of them. Used to lift but my niece came to live with us and she took over my weight room. I miss that, bench press keeps the man titts away
